Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of
Muslim Foundation Inc will be held at
Masjid-e-Ali (as)
47 Cedar Grove Lane, Somerset, NJ 08873
on Sunday, July 25th, 2010 at 10.00 am EST, or at any adjournment thereof.
Members in good standing are invited to attend and vote at the Meeting.
Board of Directors
The organization is run by a Board of Directors charged with the responsibility of formulating policies to achieve the objectives of the Organization as stated in its Constitution.
The Chairman Vice Chairman, the President and Vice President are elected by the Board every three (3) years.
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is responsible for the execution of the policy handed down by the Board and to run the day-to-day affairs of the Foundation, with the assistance of a team of ten (10) members, six (6) elected every three years by the Members of MFI and four (4) nominated by the Board.
